The idea for this piece came to me during a time of DEEP healing. I found so much peace and freedom in healing my sensual energy. This society teaches us to demonize the nude body and to run from dark parts of ourselves, but it is here where I found a lot of healing. I wanted this piece to embody a different approach to the Divine Feminine- the aspect we don’t see often, the dark, vulnerable, nude, and sacred Divine Feminine.
