In this course we will explore our Sensuality and Divine Feminine energy. This course will use the powers of tantric breath, sensual movement, touch play, exploration, womb activation, and more to build love, strength and POWER 444 your temple, Self, and increase confidence for your body. Overall, this course fuses conditioning, yoga, strengthening, and circularized sensual movement/dance all together. 

Expect to stretch, tone, empower, release, dance and restore your Divine Feminine Body as well as connect to your Soul's wisdom through meditation, SoulBody awareness and Soul Exploration. This is a BEGINNER friendly 1:1 class that uses mostly gentle fluid movement, yin yoga and restorative yoga. If you are a women who faces challenges like PCOS, infertility, anxiety, depression, PTSD, sexual traumas, endometriosis, fibroids, etc. then this course will help you connect with your womb space and release all that no longer serves you.
