As a self-taught pole dancer, I have truly felt pushed to open space for others in exploring this beautiful art.
In this course, you will learn the importance of breath work, womb activation, and stretching in pole dancing. Additionally, we will include beginner level spins, holds, transitions, moves and even climbing the pole. As you progress, you will also eventually begin learning to invert, and incorporate spinning tricks.
