Hot N SOULtry Flows is Bee’s Hidden Gems newest service offering. This service offering is an hour long hot yoga session. During your session you can expect the room to get between 80-108°F. The heat will help increase the intensity of the yoga session, improve overall flexibility/strength, and help to release stored tension in the body. 

During your session you will receive: 

• 35-45 Minute Sensual Yoga Flow 
• 15-25 Minute Cool Down
• Cooling Towel (Eucalyptus)

Why Hot Yoga?

Bee’s Hidden Gems was inspired to curate this space after visiting a few Hot Yoga Studios located in Atlanta and North Carolina. However, the one thing that was missing was the ability to move sensually. Both studios did not offer any sensual sessions and the sessions were limiting as far as movement goes. Although the sessions were great, there seemed as if something was missing. The something missing was sensual movement. The ability to connect on a deeper Soul level. This session will not only open you up on a deeper soul level, helping you connect with your Dark Feminine energy and release through deep erotic breath-work + sacred Goddess movement. But, it will also help you unlock certain parts of yourself that may have been pushed far away through Trauma and/or Disassociation.
